OUR 2022 ANNUAL REPORT

Rocky Mountain Prep (RMP) was founded with an ambitious mission: every child realizes their full potential through a rigorous and loving elementary education.

After nearly two years of remote learning, the 2021-22 school year was a time for us to pause and reflect on key questions to our network’s identity: Where are we? Where are we going? How do we get there?

Our leaders endeavored to lay out a roadmap to guide the future of RMP for the next three years. The plan was informed by inputs, engagement and approvals from members of the RMP community because we believe that everyone plays an important role in defining and delivering on the promise of preparing students for success.

In this year’s annual report, you’ll see our 2022-25 Strategic Plan priorities in action, meet a few community members who embody the spirit of our mission, and learn more about our next chapter as we join forces with STRIVE Prep.
