Rocky Mountain Prep considers many factors in setting individual salaries. These may include, but are not limited to:
Each year in June, teachers who have been offered a position with the school for the next year will meet with the principal to discuss compensation. For the current school year, teachers’ salaries range from $50,000 – $89,000 before benefits and any additional compensation. Each year in June, network staff who have been offered a position with the organization for the next school year will meet with their direct supervisor to discuss compensation.
