While no two days are the same, we wanted to provide a high level overview of what a typical day looks like for teachers at RMP:
Lead Teachers
The salary range for teachers at RMP is between $58,000 - $110,000 and is based on years of experience. Years count as full years spent lead teaching in American public K-12 schools and public Pre-K programs. We define a “lead teacher” as the primary teacher in the classroom who was responsible for all academic instruction. Teachers will have the option to apply for additional leadership roles if they wish. These leadership roles come with stipends ranging from $1,000 - $3,000. Teachers are also eligible for performance pay up to $1,500 - $3,000 if the data metrics (goals) are met for the role.
