We’re writing today with some information about a really important local election
In November, Denver will elect four members to the local school board. These members are in charge of our public schools and make decisions that impact all kids in our city. The leaders who win this election will have a tremendous impact on the future of Denver’s public school students. We need to make our voices heard.
Over the next few months, you can expect to receive communications about the following activities:
• Checking and updating your voter registration. You may register at any time, up to and including on Election Day. All voters should check to make sure their registration is up-to-date. Please visit striveprepvotes.org to get started!
• Committing to vote on November 2. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get all the information you need about when and how to vote in November. So please take a second to commit to vote today - and we’ll follow up with more information about when and how to cast your ballot. Click here for more information.
• Getting out the vote. Beginning in October, we’ll be encouraging you to turn out and vote early or on Election Day. We’ll also be providing important information about voting, like how, when, and where to cast your ballot.
