From 1st Grade to 9th Grade

Meet the 2014 founding STRIVE Prep - Ruby Hill first grade class who are entering high school

Eight years ago, these students were just starting their educational journey at STRIVE Prep - Ruby Hill in its first year of operation as first-graders. This founding class helped to establish the reputation and culture and set the standard of excellence for the years to come.  STRIVE Prep - Ruby Hill has since become one of the top-ranking elementary schools in Denver and the nation and continues to excel in every aspect, including the startup of its after-school program available for all students K-5. These students also went on and graduated to join the Lobos family at STRIVE Prep - Federal and the Panther pride at STRIVE Prep - Westwood, and next year, many of them will begin their next educational journey in high school at another STRIVE Prep school. They are exceptional examples of how STRIVE Prep supports the whole child from K-12. However, even though they are continuing on to bigger things and achieving at greater heights, at STRIVE Prep, we believe that once an elephant, always an elephant, so we took the opportunity to ask a few students from this founding class what their experience has been thus far, and here’s what they had to say.
