Transportation In 2022-23 School Year

We are excited to announce that next year, our Far Northeast and Northwest schools will have a new transportation system and provider in DS Bus Lines, and provide better transportation systems than ever for our families and students. The details are below

What This Means

We have new buses for the 22-23 school year! Denver Public Schools will no longer be providing transportation to and from school for your student. This means that your child will no longer ride Success Express / a DPS yellow bus when traveling to and from school.

What You’ll Get with the new DS Bus Lines:

  • Better transportation service!
  • Better on-time bus rates
  • More seats on buses
  • The ability to track your child’s bus and receive notifications if a bus is running late or too early
  • Fewer stops meaning quicker travel time and less time spent on the bus
  • Dedicated buses for STRIVE Prep students meaning consistent service and less interruptions because we are no longer competing with other DPS students and bus routes
  • Cameras and other safety precautions
  • Possibility to introduce later-run options for after-school activities

The new service does not include transportation students who are in MI, MI-S, and AN Center programs which will remain with DPS

What We Need

We need you to sign up for bus transportation next year. Follow this link and complete the enrollment process to ensure your spot on the bus. If you do not complete this process, your child may not have bus transportation next year.

If you have any questions about transportation next year, please contact the front office at <NUMBER> or STRIVE Prep’s Central Office team at transportation@striveprep.org.
