For the past 15 years, Tricia has worked alongside scholars, families, teachers, leaders, and staff to cultivate vibrant schools where all students can excel academically. As a teacher, principal, and, prior to her work with RMP, a leader of a network of 16 IDEA Public Schools, Tricia’s commitment to a whole-child education has been the focal point of her career.
