Dear Rocky Mountain Prep Community,

I hope everyone is looking forward to the weekend ahead. I have some exciting news to share.

This week, we received an unprecedented $4.5 million gift from philanthropist and author MacKenzie Scott.

Ms. Scott is a mother and activist who pledged in 2019 to give a significant portion of her multi-billion-dollar fortune away to charitable organizations. Her donation serves as an investment in the success of our students, and it comes as a direct result of the great work of our staff across the network.

We haven’t finalized how we will use the funds, but I can assure you that we will continue to take a student-first approach to the decisions we make, ensuring that every dollar directly benefits our incredible students and the work that matters most — the work happening in our classrooms every single day.

We are beyond grateful for Ms. Scott’s generosity and will continue to work to ensure every child reaches their full potential through a rigorous and loving elementary education.

Con Ganas,

Tricia Noyola

CEO, Rocky Mountain Prep

Tricia Noyola

Directora ejecutiva de Rocky Mountain Prep
