| Office Manager Message | Hello families! If your student needs to be released before 3:35pm, please come up to the third floor to sign them out. If you have a student at Ruby HIll and Federal if at all possible please wait until 3:35pm to pick your Federal student. Feel free to call or email with any questions. |
| Early Release Policy | Please note that until we receive a doctor's note, the absence will remain unexcused. Feel free to email me those doctor’s notes to malatorre@striveprep.org or have your student bring them to school the next day. |
| Attendance Phone Calls | If your student arrives late to school in the morning or misses one or more periods, this will trigger a phone call either in the morning at 9:30am or 3:30pm. Not to worry if you forgot to turn in a doctor's note or call in a sickness, please contact Ms. Alatorre at the front office via phone or email at malatorre@striveprep.org. |
| Back to School Carnival, 9/21 | Tuesday, September 21, 20214PM–6PM Soccer Barn (STRIVE Prep – Federal) All families are invited to attend. Feel free to bring your entire family! Every grade level will have a table where you can meet your student’s teachers and learn about grade-level expectations.Please enjoy the many carnival games and cotton candy.The first 300 people to arrive and check in at the welcome table will receive a slice of pizza and drink.All students must attend with an adult. |
| Public Housing Lottery | Denver housing authority Section 8 lottery (public housing for the city of Denver) is open to online applications only September 16-17. Go to denverhousing.org to apply. These applications open once per year. |
| Picture Day Orders and Makeups | Picture Day was yesterday. If you have questions about buying photos, please contact TSS Photography at 970-591-3606 or maria.keller@tssphotography.com. If your student was absent yesterday, they will have one more chance next week to get their picture taken. |
