| Registration Event - May 12 | All current and future STRIVE Prep families are invited to our Registration Event on Thursday, May 12. Stop by anytime between 4-7pm. Registration is required every school year. By registering next week on May 12, you will be able to skip Station 1 at our event in August and therefore save about 30 minutes of your time. We can even help current 8th graders get registered for high school! Our staff will guide you in completing DPS Registration to make it an easy experience for you. In addition, your family can buy uniforms (including a limited edition new zip-up!!), pick up a free backpack, ask questions of our teachers and staff, and play some family games. To be extra prepared, you can email our Office Manager at erica.aragon@striveprep.org to double check that you have access to Parent Portal. |
| Family Council - May 10 | Our final Family Council meeting of the school year will be held on Tuesday, May 10 at 5 p.m. in Room 312. Our incoming principal, Mr. Barrett, will be joining us to talk with families about the 2022–23 school year and student leaders from our Gay Straight Alliance (GSA) will be presenting about their work. You can RSVP here to receive a reminder for the meeting. Refreshments and Spanish interpretation will be provided. |
| From our Culture Team | We are so close to the end of the year. It can be so easy to take our eyes off of the prize and have things get silly here at the end. As we approach these last few weeks, please remind your student to put their best effort into every day and make sure to finish the year strong. We got this! |
