The Big Five and Our Goals for the Year

August 17, 2021   |   By Tricia Noyola, CEO

Today, I’m excited to share our goals for the 2021-22 school year and introduce you to the Rocky Mountain Prep “Big Five.”

Our goals for this year are simple. Our team is working hard to ensure two things:

  1. Every Rocky Mountain Prep school is an academically excellent school.
  2. Every Rocky Mountain Prep school is a vibrant and thriving community for families and scholars.

How will we get there? Every member of our community will be working together to meet The Big Five.

The Big Five are essential to achieving our goals and play a key role in determining how we’ll function together as an organization and prioritize what matters most. The Big Five are:

Meeting these will not only help us reach our goals for the year but also ensure that we are making progress toward achieving our mission -- for every child to realize their full potential through a rigorous and loving elementary education.

Should you find yourself in an RMP campus over the coming year, be sure to look for our Big Five data trackers, where teams will be updating this data weekly for their schools:

Stay tuned for additional updates on our website and social media as we continue to track progress on these goals throughout the year!
