Based on our end-of-year academic data, we are thrilled to welcome two more incredible RMP teachers to the PEAK Teacher cohort for the 2022-23 and 2023-24 school years!

PEAK Teachers represent what makes RMP so amazing: both the rigor that kids deserve to achieve at the highest levels possible in order to live choice-filled, liberated lives and the love kids need from adults who inspire them to do their best.

PEAK Teachers represent the top-performing teachers in our network according to both student achievement data and observations, and we are thrilled to recognize and celebrate them in this way. 

We have a moral imperative as a community to pay our highest performing teachers an incredibly competitive salary, and at Rocky Mountain Prep, that means salaries of $80,000 - $110,000 per year for each of our PEAK Teachers including bonuses and stipends.

In addition, PEAK Teachers will each get their own professional development budget to spend as they see fit, the opportunity to weigh in on key network decisions, recognition at all-network events, and a special dinner and celebration.

I am so proud of our PEAK Teachers. Each of these teachers has committed the next two years to teach at RMP and embrace their roles and responsibilities as PEAK Teachers. I couldn't be more confident about the future of RMP working alongside these incredible people.
