Manager of Family Advocacy
Prior to joining Rocky Mountain Prep, Alicia was the Family Engagement Liaison at Clayton Early Learning, where she worked closely with families as their case manager to deeply listen to their perspectives, establish family goals, and reach self-sufficiency. She coordinated high quality family engagement programming for the school, which included parenting wellness workshops, a Literacy Month, family breakfasts, and an annual holiday toy-drive. She partnered with Clayton staff and fathers/father-figures to form the Fathers Building Futures Committee to empower males in early childhood. Her partnership with families has also extended through her work with Parent Ambassadors, Family Leadership Committee, and Policy Council.
