Jenni Reese, School Leader

Jenni has been with Rocky Mountain Prep since its founding year, starting as the founding Pre-Kindergarten teacher and moving into the Director of Curriculum and Instruction role for two years before becoming School Leader of RMP Southwest. Before joining RMP, Jenni was a Teach for America corps member in Denver and taught at her placement school for four years. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration and minor in Spanish from Colorado State University, and an M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Urban Pedagogy from the University of Colorado, Denver.

Tatiana Pereda, Director of School Operations
Assistant Principal of Operations

Tatiana joined the Rocky Mountain Prep team in 2012 as the founding dance teacher, and continued on to become the Director of School Culture at RMP Creekside. Prior to her work at RMP, Tatiana was a Pre-Kindergarten teacher in South Florida for four years. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University a degree in sociology and a minor in early childhood education.

Carolyn Crockett, Director of Academics
Assistant Principal of Instruction

Carolyn’s 11 years of experience in education include teaching in 3rd-5th grade classrooms and coaching new teachers. She joined the Rocky Mountain Prep team as the Director of Fellow Development, before moving into her current position. She holds a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Northern Colorado and is currently in the National Principals Academy Fellowship through Relay Graduate School of Education.
