This weekend, Rocky Mountain Prep (RMP) received one of our best press mentions to date—we were named as one of the Top Workplaces in Denver by the Denver Post in the “Small Company” category! We know our team is made up of insanely dedicated and ridiculously hard working humans who exhibit compassion, kindness and love to scholars, families and each other every single day. We are so honored and proud that the results from our employee survey qualified us for this recognition and award.

At RMP, we fundamentally believe that staff culture has a direct impact on student achievement. A happy team makes for happy scholars. For more insight into our staff culture, take a peek at some of our favorite quotes from our most recent staff engagement survey.

“The staff culture is one where I constantly feel supported. My co-workers have become friends who I hang out with outside of work and I feel our administration truly cares about me as a person.”

“My coach is in my classroom multiple times per week and I receive consistent follow-up emails of praise and growth. I
love this system. I’m able to get a frequent outside looks at my class and I’m getting that frequent praise that I need.”

“Everyone at RMP encourages my development. Our staff culture is super strong and positive. I am constantly being pushed to greatness and supported by our community.”

“I like to call RMP the Disney World of schools. I’m provided with professional development that is unparalleled. The significant focus on health and wellness allows for staff to feel balanced in their personal professional lives. The staff collaboration makes it truly feel like a family.”

“Working at RMP makes me feel that I am actively creating and improving the organization each and every day. The culture of teamwork and growth makes coming to work both challenging and encouraging.”

Is too much RMP love a thing? We don’t think so. Check out our open positions for 2016-17 and join a charter school network that prioritizes staff culture!

I am not surprised at all the A#1 comments. Look at the leader who makes it all happen.
Congratulations to all those on the faculty and team.
